I have 9 years’ experience in working with children and adults as well as certificate’s in Couples/ Relationship Counselling and Family Counselling.
I have worked within Domestic Abuse Charities and in various therapeutic environments such as schools, university’s, clinics and relationship organisations. I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist with a specialty in working with survivors of Domestic and Sexual abuse; working with trauma and eating disorders.
I support clients with trauma, abuse, childhood issues, family dynamics, relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bullying, gender identity, self-harm, disordered eating, phobias and addictions.
I work with individuals, both Children & Young People and adults, relationships/ couples and families.
My therapy room provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to help promote growth and change.
I have an MSc in Forensic & Investigative Psychology, a BSc in Psychology with Criminal Justice Studies and a degree in Counselling. I have a certificate in Relational Counselling and in Family Counselling. I am a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and the BPS (British Psychological Society).
As a therapist working with children and adults – the most rewarding part of my role is to help clients in their journey of understanding themselves in order to empower them to be able to navigate life and what is possible for them.
