I have 7 years’ experience in working with children and adults within Domestic Abuse Charities and various therapeutic environments such as schools, university’s, clinics and relationship organisations. I am an experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapist with a specialty in working with survivors of Domestic and Sexual abuse; working with trauma and eating disorders.
I support clients with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, bullying, gender identity, self-harm, disordered eating, phobias and addictions. I work with individuals, relationships/ couples and families. My therapy room provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which to help promote growth and change.
I have an MSc in Forensic & Investigative Psychology and a degree in Counselling. I am a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and the BPS (British Psychological Society).
As a therapist working with children and adults – the most rewarding part of my role is to help clients in their journey of understanding themselves in order to empower them to be able to navigate life and what comes next for them.
